With introductions by Aiden Cooney, Rachel Allen, Kevin Thornton and Donal Skehan officially launched the Stop Food Waste Programme last Tuesday. While we have been working on this programme for over a year around the country, this was the official launch which coincided with the European Week of Waste Reduction (EWWR). The three chefs gave some great tips and recipes to maximise your use of food and reducing your food waste whether you are cooking for the family, in a restaurant or simply want some tasty good food on the run.
